C:10 2017 Availability Survey
The basic calendar for this year's Collective:10 Short Play Festival is as follows. This is a BASIC framework so that you can advise your availability. Details are subject to change. PLEASE REVIEW THE DATES AND SUBMIT YOUR PERSONAL AVAILABILITY ASAP.
WEEK ONE: Monday, October 16 - Sunday, October 22
LOAD IN, REHEARSAL, PREP, TECH
WEEK TWO: Monday, October 23 - Sunday, October 29
PROGRAM A (dress rehearsal, benefit preview, performances)
We will plan performances on WEDS - SAT at 7pm and SUN at 3pm, and add 9pm performances if bookings are strong.
READINGS will be scheduled around performances on Saturday and Sunday.
(TECH for Program B will also happen this week.)
WEEK THREE: Monday, October 30 - Sunday, November 5
PROGRAM B (dress rehearsal, performances)
We will plan performances on WEDS - SAT at 7pm and SUN at 3pm, and add 9pm performances if bookings are strong. (No performance on Halloween.)
READINGS will be scheduled around performances on Saturday and Sunday.
(TECH for Collective Encores will also happen this week.)
WEEK FOUR: Monday, November 6 - Sunday, November 12
COLLECTIVE ENCORES - TBD (dress rehearsal, performances)
We will plan performances on WEDS - SAT at 7pm and 9pm.
CLOSING NIGHT PARTY / 10TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION - TBD
